1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mudeno Staffing website (the "Site") and our CDL-A driver staffing and recruiting services (the "Services"). By submitting a form, calling us, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.
2. Description of Services
Mudeno Staffing provides driver recruiting and placement services to trucking companies and private fleets seeking CDL-A drivers for over-the-road (OTR), regional, and local routes. Submitting a request through this Site does not create a binding contract for services. A recruiter will contact you to discuss your fleet's specific needs, pricing, and terms before any agreement is finalized.
3. Eligibility
Our Services are intended for business representatives — fleet owners, operations managers, and authorized hiring personnel — who are at least 18 years old and legally authorized to request staffing services on behalf of a company operating in the United States.
4. Pricing & Payment
Current published pricing is $3,000 per driver successfully placed, billed in two installments: $1,500 is due when you begin your driver request to start recruitment and vetting, and the remaining $1,500 is charged automatically 45 days after your placed driver starts work with your company. Payments made on this Site are processed securely through Stripe; we do not store your full card number.
Your initial $1,500 payment is fully refundable any time before you speak with your assigned recruiter and confirm your driver requirements. Once your requirements are confirmed and recruiting begins, fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise agreed in writing with your recruiter.
5. No Employment Relationship
Mudeno Staffing acts as a staffing and recruiting intermediary. We do not guarantee the performance, conduct, or continued employment of any driver referred to your company. Employment decisions, background checks beyond our initial screening, and compliance with applicable labor law remain your company's responsibility as the hiring carrier.
6. Acceptable Use
- You will not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our forms.
- You will not use the Site to harass, abuse, or attempt to defraud Mudeno Staffing, our recruiters, or driver candidates.
- You will not attempt to interfere with the security or normal operation of the Site.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is owned by or licensed to Mudeno Staffing and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our prior written consent.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mudeno Staffing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Services, including but not limited to lost revenue or business interruption.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Mudeno Staffing is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

- Fleet & driver requirements such as hiring location, route type, equipment, endorsements, and experience level, when voluntarily provided.
- Payment information you submit when purchasing our placement services. Card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe; we do not store your full card number on our systems.
- Usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referral source, collected automatically via cookies and analytics tools.
- Advertising identifiers collected via tracking pixels (Google, Meta) as described below.
How We Use Your Information
- To contact you by phone, text, or email about your driver staffing request.
- To match your fleet's needs with available CDL-A driver candidates.
- To improve our Site, marketing, and advertising performance.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers who help us operate the Site, process form submissions, or manage communications (e.g., hosting, CRM, and telephony providers), under confidentiality obligations.
- Our payment processor, Stripe, to securely process payments. Stripe handles and stores your card details under its own privacy and security standards; we never see or store your full card number.
- Advertising platforms (Google, Meta) in aggregated or hashed form to measure ad performance, as described in the Advertising section below.
- Legal or regulatory authorities when required by law.
Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our Services, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us.

Advertising & Cookies (Google Ads & Meta)
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies — including Google tag (Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking) and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel — to measure ad performance, understand how visitors use our Site, and show relevant ads on other platforms.
